Client wanted to test the 7” 10m casing hanger void to 5,000 psi.
Service Tech pressured up to 5,000 psi, and it bled down to 2,000 psi within 2 minutes. Service Tech squeezed a total of 1 liter of Well Bond into the void.
Void tested to 5,000 psi.
GI 86 Well #AA 3:
Client wanted to test the 13 5/8” 5m casing hanger void to 1,400 psi.
Service Tech. could only build 250 psi on void while running test pump at full capacity. Service Tech squeezed a total of 1 liter of Well Bond into the void.
Void tested to 1,400 psi.
